Log into your Niconi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original, unopened packaging along with your invoice to ensure the products remain protected and eligible for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
